Last night Chris let me put a bit of milk on a cotton swab and let you lick it off. It was fun to do and we got a video. You seemed to like sucking the milk off and I liked watching your little tongue go!
Today we found out from your echocardiogram that you will definitely need the surgery and it is scheduled for Wednesday at 8:30am. I kind of feel a little relief knowing that we are moving forward and taking a step HOPEFULLY toward getting better!
Your PICC line sprung a leak!!! Horrible timing because with the upcoming surgery you will need to get a new one placed for meds and TPN. Apparently this is extremely rare to have one leak - again you seem to like to be an outlier!
